Sure It’s a Tax, But Don’t Expect To Hear The Liberalmedia Call It That

Because they won’t.

In the wake of Chief Justice Roberts’ decision that Obamacare is constitutional as a tax, but not under the Commerce Clause, one would think people will start calling it a tax because it’s unconstitutional otherwise.  Now I’m not a constitutional expert and can’t tell you what this all means, but I do know how the mainstream (lamestream) media operates.  They’ll call it a penalty or something else, but not a tax.

One would think that they “can’t have it both ways,” as is often said when the media is in a situation like this.  Well, they can and will have it both ways.  Here’s how.  The mainstream media simply uses the same terminology as the Democrat party.  If the Democrat party calls it a penalty, the mainstream media will call it a penalty.  To sound objective they might report that Republicans claim it’s a tax, but when they call it a penalty, they won’t attribute it to the Democrat party.

Give it a week or two, and most of the public will be calling it whatever the media (Democrat party) calls it, and the tax argument will be relegated to birther status.
